Phil Quintanilla offers a wealth of experience in the hospitality, residential and commercial industries. Prior to his hospitality career, he served in the US Navy during Operation Enduring Freedom onboard the USS Peleliu LHA-5.  The military service and countless summers spent at his father automotive electrical business paved the way to a successful career in the facilities management discipline within the hospitality industry.  His expertise includes capital planning, project management, preventive maintenance program development and execution. In his diverse career he's worked for top hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriot, Accor, SBE and several boutique hotels.
